Delivery & Returns

We are committed to providing the right product every time and ensuring our customers have a fair and positive experience.
All Purukosma products are handmade in small batches. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soap and body care products, our return policy complies with Sri Lankan consumer protection guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The incorrect product was delivered, or
  • The product was damaged during transit

Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Notification Period

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, supported by clear photographic evidence.

Refunds and Replacements

Upon verification, we may:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund for the product value (excluding delivery charges)

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Shipping Costs

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred due to our fault.

Overseas customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

Handmade Product Acknowledgment

Due to the handcrafted nature of our soaps:

  • Slight variations in color, size, and fragrance are normal
  • These variations do not constitute defects
